      ACEGO is an offline poker training app. We do not collect personal data, track your behavior, or sell any information. Your data stays on your device.
    

1. Information We Collect

2. Subscriptions and Payments

ACEGO Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.). Apple handles all payment processing under their own privacy policy.

We receive from Apple only: subscription status (active/expired), subscription type (monthly/annual), and country of purchase. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. Data Storage

All your gameplay data — hand history, decision grades, bankroll progress, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data is:

Never transmitted to any server
Included in your iCloud backup if you have iCloud backup enabled
Deleted when you uninstall the app

4. Local Multiplayer

ACEGO's local multiplayer feature uses your local network (Wi-Fi/LAN) to connect with nearby devices. This connection is peer-to-peer and does not route through any external server. No gameplay data from multiplayer sessions is collected or transmitted beyond your local network.

5. Third-Party Services

ACEGO uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (app events, session duration) to improve the app experience. No personal information, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or device IDs are collected. Data is processed by Google Firebase in accordance with their privacy policy. The third-party services involved are:

Apple StoreKit — for subscription management (Apple's standard framework)
Google Firebase Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics (no personal data collected)

6. Children's Privacy

ACEGO is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling content (no real money). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 17. The app does not require account creation and collects no personal data from any user regardless of age.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)
Using the "Reset Progress" option in Settings (resets gameplay data)

To cancel your subscription, use Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify users through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
